How long does a typical patio take to complete?
An average-size paver patio of 700 sq ft will typically take 1 week to finish from the start date.
A finished concrete patio will typically take no more than 4 days to finish, weather permitting.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check, and card. (a 4.5% fee will be applied to any card payments)
How does the payment process work?
After an estimate has been agreed upon, 50% of the total cost of the project will be collected on the start date. The remaining 50% is to be paid upon completion.
How long before I can use my patio?
After a paver patio has been sanded, we recommend waiting 3 days before setting furniture and using the space.
A stamped or broom finished concrete patio requires 1 week to cure before setting furniture or using the space.
What kind of maintenance is required after my service?
A paver patio that has been sanded will require additional sand every 3-5 years depending on use, exposure to elements, etc. We recommend sealing the pavers to improve the durability and minimize maintenance needed.
How long before I can park on my driveway?
A driveway or garage floor must cure for no less than 28 days from the date of the pour to park a vehicle on it.
